Cuong Ly Kim (Vietnam) Cuong has been very active in her community over the past few years, volunteering in a number of projects including the Green Summer Campaign for three years, fundraising for flood victims, participating in the International Volunteer Day run by the United Nations, and supporting students from Singapore in a two week international volunteer program in Vietnam. As a future graduate in banking and finance, Cuong aspires to work at the World Bank where she feels she will be able to implement programs to alleviate the poverty in her country. As such she is looking forward to her time in Australia as a chance to witness first hand the development of this country as a dynamic, first-class economy.

The Peace Scholarship Program is an initiative of IDP Education Australia Limited (ACN: 008 597 831). A wholly owned subsidiary company of IDP Education Australia Limited, Education Australia (International Enterprises) Pty Ltd (ACN:089 228 053) is the trustee of both Trusts facilitating the Peace Scholarship Program – the Peace Scholarship Trust and the Peace Scholarship Program Trust.
